Garlic Spareribs

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 6 pounds pork ribs cut
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • 1. In a bowl combine all ingredients including ribs
  • 2. Marinate over night or for several hours stirring several times
  • 3. Add all ingredients and 1 cup of water to Foodi.
  • 4. Using the pressure cooking lid, turn valve to closed position. Pressure cook on high for 30 minutes.
  • 5. Release steam when done
  • 6. Remove ribs and thicken sauce with corn starch if desired.

This recipe was kindly shared with me by a good friend who invited me for dinner one evening. As soon as I tasted these garlic spareribs, I knew I had to learn how to make them. She told me it was an old family recipe, passed down through generations—and I was honored she shared it with me.
It’s now one of my all-time favorite pork dishes. The ribs are sticky, savory, and full of rich flavor—perfect for family dinners or weekend cravings. Simple ingredients, deep flavor, and a whole lot of love.
