Notes
This recipe was kindly shared with me by a good friend who invited me for dinner one evening. As soon as I tasted these garlic spareribs, I knew I had to learn how to make them. She told me it was an old family recipe, passed down through generations—and I was honored she shared it with me.It’s now one of my all-time favorite pork dishes. The ribs are sticky, savory, and full of rich flavor—perfect for family dinners or weekend cravings. Simple ingredients, deep flavor, and a whole lot of love.
