Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow onion sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortillas for serving

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a cast-iron pan over medium-high heat.
  • Season chicken with spices and sauté until browned and cooked through. Remove from pan.
  • In same pan, cook peppers and onions until tender and slightly charred.
  • Return chicken to pan and toss everything together.
  • Serve sizzling with warm tortillas.
